Currently we include a spacer, which may be removed with the addition of more paper. Longer binding pins are available at hobby and stamp collecting shops. Brass hinges are also used.

This Celtic Dragon book of shadows is hand crafted by DragonOak, "one who walks the pagan path". DragonOak has walked the pagan path for over 20 years and now brings forth handcrafted items that are fitting for the pagan studies, ritual, and the practice of magick.

It is interesting to know the the Celtic culture had a strong reverence for the dragon. The Celtic dragon was believe to travel the land in parallel to our own existence. The direction or path of the Celtic dragon was called a vein. These Celtic dragon veins are now known as lay lines of energy. When the Celtic dragon veins would cross these areas would be highly magically and symbolic. Stonehenge is thought to be on the cross of these Celtic dragon veins.
